Terms & Conditions
All appointments will require a 25% booking fee and the remainder of the balance will be paid on the day of your appointment.
Booking fees are non-refundable however we will reschedule your appointment up to 3 days in advance. Once your booking fee has been paid you have agreed to the T&Cs of Shape and Shine.
Please be on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let me know. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your booking fee. Lateness impacts the clients after you and we try to avoid this when possible.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment I require at least 3 days notice before your appointment is due.
Shape and Shine will reschedule your appointment twice before you forfeit your non-refundable booking fee.
If you cancel or don’t show up within 3 days of your appointment you will forfeit your booking fee and be charged an extra 25% of your treatment cost (50% in total)
Repeat cancellations will lose the ability to book in again.
If your treatment requires a Patch test this will need to be carried out 24-48hrs before your scheduled appointment. If you don’t show up for a Patch Test your treatment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your booking fee.
It is your responsibility to follow all aftercare given to you to ensure maximum results and longevity of treatment received.
